I NEVER write reviews for anything I ever purchase. But I truly feel obligated to leave a review on this particular ONE. I have always had horrible dried out lips but since day one of using this City Lips lip gloss, my lips have started to instantly become more and more moisturized. There is a 100% difference in the moisture and fullness in my lips.
