    Synbiotic 365

    Not much change, a bit more energy

    Overall Experience:

    Yes, I have been taking Synbiotic 365 for a few weeks now. I plateaued on my losing weight for at least a week. I have finally started to lose weight again. Cut back to one red drink in the morning and one large salad in the late afternoon.

    My stool is still quite firm but changed color to a light brown. I do have a bit more energy but run out near the end of the day. I also have some small snacks of unsalted nuts two times per day.

    I still have to get up every two hours at night for a nature break. During the day I only have to go once or twice. I drink lots of water and have been using the recumbent bike for about 100 minutes per week, plus walking.

    Last year I lost 30 lbs. This year I put 7 lbs back on and now am at a couple of lbs lower so total loss so far is 32 lbs. I have another 10 lbs to lose before my next doctor appointment on June 10th. Wish me luck.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
