    Horrible customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Had a problem midstream. Takes 6 weeks to correct. Every contact from customer service is different, but all with the same pat response. No way to escalate an issue for a paying customer in the middle of treatment. So many other choices out there. Use them!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Hi David, thanks for leaving us a review and sharing your experience. Currently, we aren't able to expedite any specific orders. The time frames that we have are the quickest that we can make any aligners depending on if they are refinement aligners or just replacements. Replacements are typically quicker, since there are fewer, while refinement and mid-course correction aligners take a bit longer, since there are typically more. Regardless of the order, our team works diligently to get these out as quickly as possible without losing quality.
