It was so easy. I didn't have to do anything except answer questions over the phone. I didn't have to call or deal with creditors. It's such a huge relief. I got myself into financial trouble and they have given so much relief and reduced so much stress. And they are so nice and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend.
