I am skeptical about beauty product claims in general, but I do have a moisturizer I call "hope in a bottle." I buy it repeatedly despite the cost because I get results.
Now I'm adding City Lips to my very short list of products that actually provide a result close to the advertisement's claims. I have been using it for two weeks and already feel that my lips are hydrated. I am not constantly reaching for lip balms. As for the plumpness, I'm still a skeptic, but I will keep using and recommending it.
