Our experience with HomeLight was pleasant. Chad meets with us on a Thursday and by Saturday, we had our first open house. By the following Tuesday, we had two full price plus offers. Chad and his team made good suggestions on which offer was more solid. Gary, the operations manager, walked us through a quick escrow as the buyer was to close within 21 days. All of the team at Welcome San Diego was good to work with. Our phone calls and e-mails were always promptly replied to. I would recommend Chad and his team anytime.
