    Overall Experience:

    My FixMeStick was not working and I could not do a scan of my computer. I got in touch with the company on their website through their chat, and I was quickly helped by a very friendly rep by the name of Tia. She solved my problem immediately and the USB stick started working again. The only problem I now have is that the company no longer has a telephone help line and everything must be done through the online chat. This is not always practical, especially if you are trying to work on the USB while chatting, or if your internet is down. I really wish that they would reinstate their telephone help desk!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
