I purchased a six-month supply of Synbiotic 365 as I was convinced this is the product I needed. As it has turned out I was right! For over 5 years I experienced pain, bloating, nausea from IBS, irregular movements, gas, and especially Diverticulitis. I started using 365 on February 24, 2019 and still take 1 pill a day and try to but not always follow a diet they recommend. I am pain free, regular every day, and lost about 15 pounds over this time frame of about 4 months. I usually do not do a review but in the case, if I can help someone, I needed to say this product really worked for me.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
