When I called FDR, a very friendly voice answered and introduced herself to me, and asked how she could be of assistance. She also thanked me for identifying myself thru the telephone prompt. She was able to address my concern, and put my mind at ease, and reassured me that the email I had received was legitimate. She then thanked me for being an FDR client/customer and wished me a good day, and to never hesitate to call if I had any other concerns. She was very professional. Thank you, Carol, for your help.
