I was skeptical about purchasing ProPlant, as the video seemed too good to be true. So glad I did! I am on my second container and I am down 15 pounds in under 2 months! The shakes are delicious, and VERY filling! They stay thick even after mixing in the morning before work and stored in the fridge for lunch! (Other brands shrink and lose thickness.) Oh, and did I mention how great I feel? ProPlant has definitely changed my life for the better!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
