Husband and I have been using it as an evening meal replacement during the weekdays. It works well as we are really busy and not all home at the same times for dinner, we take our usual dinner for lunch and at least we know we are having something good at dinner time. We are still experimenting with how we like to mix it. He likes milk, I prefer almond or coconut milk, but have also had it with water and all are good. My mixes often are quite thick, a bit like having a dessert for dinner! We have had less bloating and been feeling good, but only been on it for a couple of weeks so hope to see more improvement in the way we are feeling.
