I have a 4lb teacup yorkie and a 20lb bichon. I've always had to feed my yorkie by spoon to get him to eat his Blue Buffalo. I used to feed him Little Ceaser but found large pieces of skin in it. Even Pixie, my bichon, would be finicky about her food and would not eat it for a half hour or more. Since I switched my dogs to Dr. Marty's my yorkie and bichon jump on my legs to get their food. They cannot wait! Billy eats out of his bowl (food mashed up, of course) and then goes to find remnants of any scraps pixie may have left. (There never is any.) I split their daily amount into two servings because they are so anxious to eat it. In the morning Pixie barks at me and runs to where I keep the food. She never ever did that before.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
