I wear/use my City Lips every day. I also use it in the evening before bed. I love the moisture and hydration that this product gives my lips, and I can see a big difference. I would recommend this product to anyone. I don't have the smoker's lines at this point. I would imagine it would help if used a bit outside of the lip line.
