I'm afraid I must give the FixMeStick a poor review. I have been on the phone with multiple techs three times and we were unsuccessful in starting a scan. All the techs were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful but still, we failed. I am convinced my next step will be tossing my two sticks in the trash and exploring another avenue to clean my PC laptop.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It can be tricky to get started on certain computers, but typically it gets going once the correct combination of procedures has occurred.
