This product was not good for me and my gut issues. I feel they talked me into buying 3 bags and said returning would be no problem. Just try it for 3 months they said. Well, I did, and now I can't get in touch with them for a refund. I don't want to think I was ripped off.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
