I can't get customer service to help me. I live in a state (North Carolina) that is apparently impossible to send liquor, but Flaviar doesn't warn you before they take your membership. In 6 months I haven't received a single order, but they have taken my money. They like to "respond" on Twitter, Facebook, etc. to publicly tell me they will help me, but I cannot get a response directly.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
