I am a first time user of City Lips, I love it. I feel the tingle of my lips becoming plump, but it’s not unbearable like some past plumpers I had used. The only thing I’m not so happy about is how thick and sticky it is. Although I am getting used to the texture. I’m used to very light makeup. More so light and less bulky. My hair gets stuck in it occasionally and then thereafter gets all over my face, lol! But other than that it’s great.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
