I purchased this on impulse a number of years ago on a shopping channel (embarrassing). Best purchase ever. Exceptional customer service coached me through the setup which is really easy and I've been a loyal, satisfied and enthusiastic customer since that time. I am impressed with the frequent updates and do find that the device isolates virus and malware from time to time. I like to think I protect my privacy and take appropriate safety measures and yet I do not want to take a chance and this device has proven its worth continually. I did get lifetime support with my purchase and that also makes this a key buy for me. I highly recommend this product to folks like me who care about the security of their technology.
