Requested a replacement on May 9th, 2019 for aligners that cracked right down my front teeth while putting on a new set. Called immediately and was told they would ship 10/14 business days - turned into one delay after another. I finally got a ship date for today, 6/21/19, and now being told 7/5/2019! The current aligners I have had to wear for over a month are literally chipping off in my mouth, I have holes in the top of teeth from them falling apart. This is a huge disappointment! I would not recommend SDC to anyone.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
