I have used probiotics before but the one drawback was that the good ones had to be refrigerated. Because they were out of the way I would forget to take them twice a day.
Synbiotic 365 if not only effective but each capsule is enclosed in an airtight aluminum pack of 10 capsules that need no refrigeration.
It is also a plus that I only have to take one capsule before breakfast and don't have to remember to take another one at dinner/bedtime.
