I purchased this online and less than 12 hours later attempted to cancel and instead received an email that it has been shipped. I sent an email stating what occurred and that I wanted it canceled and had requested a confirmation of the cancelation. I do not want to receive my initial supplements per recommendation from my veterinarian specifically for my dog's needs and would like full reimbursement effect immediately but did not get a response.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
