I started taking Synbiotic 365 after experiencing problems with digestion. I had been taking an opioid for pain and also had to take a stool softner. The softener was not working very well and I was having cramping. After taking the Synbiotic 365 for only 3 days the cramping was gone and my digestive track was working fine. I no longer need the stool softeners but am still taking the pain medication. I am feeling so much better overall and definitely will continue the Synbiotic 365.
