I have had FixMeStick for more than a year and highly recommend this product. The computer scans are very thorough, and since my first scan (which revealed some malware, which was immediately deleted), future scans have revealed no infections. I have had occasion to contact customer support and was pleased to be able to speak to a person. Customer support is polite, professional and extremely competent. I feel very confident about my computer's safety with FixMeStick. Well worth the price - ease of use - and peace of mind!
