I watched the videos on this probiotic and was skeptical of it at first because I thought it would be like Culturelle you can buy over the counter, and that did nothing for me. But this stuff really works! I had less bloating and fatigue within a week of taking it and I had lost 4 lbs within a month of being on it, granted I eat pretty healthy and exercise daily. Overall I'm very pleased with this product and will definitely continue taking it.
