Got my new aligners this week. Excited to see how they work this time.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This was over a month ago. Demonstrates how long it takes for the company to not make things right.
Seems like with everything that has gone wrong, I could not expect something else to go wrong.
Can I just get my money back and go with another company? This is getting ridiculous.
We would love to assist and have sent you a private message.
I have heard a few good things from the company and a few bad things. I want to wait out to see what results come from our discussions.

I finally got the review from the local office (something that has just become available). And the company just sent me a notice that it will cost an additional $99 monthly because I took too long to tell them that they made a mistake.
"This is Mya, here at Smile Direct Club.
We have received feedback from your doctor regarding your re-evaluation. If you wish to move forward with the re-evaluation, there will be an additional cost of $99 per month, as needed, for your new Smile Plan due to the 30 day grace period after your last aligner being expired. Once you're ready to purchase these aligners, please contact us at 800-681-0771, as we will be more than happy to help get these aligners into production for you."
Not sure why I have to spend even more money to get what I was supposed to get originally from the company. It is starting to sound more and more like I was scammed.
Newer update: I have not heard back from the company since they said that they would be helping me out. A representative said that he was going to set up a review, and then never got back to me.

Update: Someone reached out to set up a screening through a local office. So I am going to go through that process and hope we can come to an appropriate solution.
Was sent the incorrect aligners and had to spend a month trying to get the correct ones sent in. The company argued that the correct ones were sent even though I had four months of aligners. They ended up asking for picture after picture when I was trying to get it corrected before I finally gave up.
Waste of $3000.
