I started taking Synbiotic 365 about 3 months ago and even though I was taking what I thought was a good probiotic, I was pleasantly surprised just how much better Synbiotic 365 is in my opinion. I am much more regular and have lost some weight with no other changes. I really appreciate that it does not have to be refrigerated! It's so easy to travel with. The price is VERY reasonable. I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed.
