After trying several different probiotics in the two years (some more expensive than Synbiotic 365), none of those products compare to Synbiotic 365. I was amazed when after only a few days that my stomach wasn't gurgling and churning throughout the night. I can finally sleep again!
I also love the fact that it is so simple to take. One pill with water in the morning beats some of the mixing required with other probiotics.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
