Hi! I started taking this product in November 2018. I struggled every day to have a BM. I almost felt like I was a goat. If you know what I mean, try Synbiotic 365. I am able to go easily every day. I also feel less uncomfortable overall. Having normal BM’s and no constipation is worth the money. Thanks, United Naturals!
