Over the last year, my bowels have been out of order and out of control. The day after I took my first pill, my stomach began to change from bad to good. My stool was occasionally diarrheal but now it is solid and I'm not so concerned. Plus, now my sleep has now grown deeper and more restful. For me, this is very good. I'm a light sleeper so a deep sleep is rare. I've only begun to take this product for several weeks now, so I'm very impressed.
