Early this year while living in Maui and swimming daily in ocean I started to have major changes in bowels resulting in gas, cramps, and loose stools. After relocating to Texas, finally went to the doctor. Stool sample results positive for E. Coli. Standard treatment of course antibiotics.
Had just started Synbiotic a week earlier and felt I wanted to give them a fair shot before I destroyed my flora with the antibiotics. Within 2 weeks noticed big improvement and continue taking Synbiotic with general health improvement.
