I cannot give a proper review of these headphones because they never arrived. I have been waiting for over a year, I have been promised delivery several times, but nothing. I have been in contact with customer service on many occasions and they keep saying that they will come soon, but they never do. Save your money - go to a store and buy good headphones. The people at Kokoon cannot tell you anything about delivery times and so far all they have done is blow smoke up my skirt and delay and distract. I have requested my money back, let's see how competent they are when it comes to that request.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We've done our best to keep customers updated on our manufacturing delay, and the issues we faced. The decision to delay shipments was not taken lightly, however, it was necessary due to issues found in manufacturing.
