After about 3 weeks, I noticed a return to normal bowel movements. In addition to Synbiotic 365, I also take BD Gard which the MD recommended, as well as digestive enzymes. I also am following a mostly low FODMAP diet, which the MD also recommended.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
