Originally I had a FixMeStick subscription for a couple of years - with excellent results - great service, which was always prompt and helpful. So, when I had the opportunity to purchase a FixMeStick lifetime service, I jumped at the chance - and have never regretted that choice. Not often I have problems, but on the rare occasion when I do, the service is always prompt. The problems are always resolved within 24 hours usually AND the agents are always courteous and patient. Would recommend the product to anyone. They won't regret it.
