In placing my order, I was prompted to "upgrade" to a larger quantity order for a better price. I did so because the product had a guarantee. However, the "upgrade" more than doubled my order rather than adding to my original order. Customer service was completely unresponsive until I disputed the charges, then they were heard from.
They waited long enough that I was unable to return the extra products.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
