Had a problem and sent an email to FixMeStick. Received a timely response and it helped me fix the problem. I also love my FixMeStick. Have been using it for years. Your representative was very helpful and I would not hesitate to go that root again should another problem arise. I would also recommend FixMeStick to everyone.
