I know I can see a genuine improvement in my facial skin in the past month. At this time, however, I cannot attribute it to the collagen mixture alone. I started a new external beauty routine at the same time, so I can't tell which new product to praise. I will say that I am highly pleased with the improvement in my skin in such a short time frame, and I will continue to use both.
