I have been taking a collagen supplement for a while. There wasn't too much happening to notice.
After I began taking Dermal Repair Complex, the Saw Palmetto kicked in and the collagen is finally making progress. I figure that by the time I finish the third bottle, I should have my knee joints well on the road to complete recovery. They don't crunch, creak and pain as they used to.
