I have been dealing with acid reflux for more than 10 years and taking the over-the-counter remedies for most of that time. I've taken one a day for the past 6 weeks - no heartburn or acid reflux. I have not taken a Nexium for several months. I even lost a few pounds as it said I might. Great product!
