I used to have to put on chapstick constantly throughout the day or my lips would feel very dry. I saw the City Lips ad on Facebook and thought I would try it. At first, I thought it seemed a bit pricey BUT once I tried it I realized it was worth every penny! I put this on in the morning and at night and my lips feel smooth and hydrated all day! That would be enough to completely sell me on the product! BUT there is more...this product (I like the clear best) plumps your lips so that most all of the lip lines are not visible. The lines come back when you wash it off but this product does exactly what it says it does, I apply the product and then use my lip liner and a light touch of lip color to get a beautiful finish. I rarely endorse a product this fully but it is just a great product. I have not purchased a chapstick since I started using City Lips.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
