This is a complete rip off as the sales team advised complete satisfaction or else full refund. However, when I actually tried to get my refund I was advised there is $8.99 shipping and handling costs plus I am responsible for return shipping costs which was $25.03
The unit did not have any suction and no liquid went to the bottom container.
I checked I am a real customer but was unable to use as it did not work.
Rating needs to be less than 1 star.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
