I just received my first bottle today...but when I opened it two capsules were cracked and the content dispersed within the bottle. When I checked for an expiration date only saw lot#1108815 and MFG 12/2018...I’m not sure what this means but I don’t feel comfortable taking any of it in case of tampering or expiration. Very disappointed...I was looking forward to trying it.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
