I purchased this product after I began an intense weight loss program. Losing fat is affecting my skin. I find this cream refreshing as soon as I put it on. It is making a difference in my skin, just not the results I see on photos. It's not greasy, so I find it can be used in the morning after a shower, or at night after shower. If you want something that works slowly but consistently, then I would recommend. I plan to continue using it.
