I saw immediate changes such as shredding rough skin all over and more smooth skin, including chest and back. Also have been trying your drink recipe that was very good! Both have helped with only 20 days of use! My skin after having severe osteoporosis has improved and I knew internal use was the answer. Dealing with fibromyalgia has become less of a burden and sleep pattern has improved as well as blood pressure!
