    FixMeStick

    FixMeStick and SOS

    Overall Experience:

    I received a promotional e-mail from FixMeStick on SOS, the Cloud Back-Up system they recommended. I am not saying anything negative about SOS, but since I am limited to Century Link's Rural services, I must deal with the hand I'm dealt. It took both me and my wife 3 days (yes, three days) to download/upload our data to the cloud through the SOS program. I'm sure if I had a faster link it wouldn't be so bad. We decided that 3 days was unacceptable so we decided to cancel our SOS Backup program. I called SOS and they told me to call FixMeStick. I contacted FixMeStick through their online contact. I was fortunate to get Linda, who was personable and efficient in handling my cancellation. It is truly a pleasure to deal with someone who handles her job so well. Thank you Linda, and thank you FixMeStick for your exceptional customer service.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
