The web questionnaire was simple and direct. Photo of ID (license) and the affected areas was easy too. My wife assisted briefly. Once my request was submitted a provider was back with me within an hour. Knowledgeable and direct - Alex P - the service experience was excellent. The interaction was brief and led to a mail-order prescription as hoped along with positive encouragement - no waiting, no driving, and the price is right. I’ll be submitting my invoice to insurance to see if anything is covered also.
I recommend Lemonaid - it’s sweet. The main reason for my experience was the provider - Alex P. I wish all doctors could be as responsive and considerate.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
