Used FixMeStick on three of my Win 10 PCs. Claimed to have found and cleaned several viruses on them, but then I re-ran AVG on them and it found more viruses that FixMeStick claims to have found and deleted. Not at all happy with this product and does not do as it claims to. Will not recommend to my friends. So disappointed.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with the FixMeStick and it didn't detect those viruses! FixMeStick doesn't scan web browsers, only viruses downloaded onto the computer (the hard to get ones!) so if AVG detected threats in your web browser, then this might explain why FixMeStick didn't remove them.
