I have been using Dermal Repair Complex for a month now and I can definitely say that it is a good facial cream. My face feels softer and more hydrated. However, as far as removing wrinkles goes, I have not seen any difference in the amount of wrinkles above my mouth or around my eyes. Nor has there been any lessening of the neck droop below my chin. So I am not sure the product is worth the amount you have to pay for it and I don't think the claims about the product are correct.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
