Just received this product, I haven't used it long enough to report on how it makes me feel, but I can tell you that it doesn't mix easily and the taste is pretty bad, unlike the claims of the catchy YouTube ad claiming "easy mixing and great taste." I'm a health nut and I will drink just about anything if it will make me healthier but the sickeningly sweet mint taste of this product is very disappointing. OMG, I just noticed Cadmium warning on the side of the container. I've been duped!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
