This was a tough virus. Pop-ups wouldn't stop and I couldn't even run FixMeStick. The support team (Linda, who's amazing) walked me through getting fixmestick to run, and when we discovered the problem was browser based, she did a remote fix. As a small business owner, FixMeStick is like my own IT dept for viruses. It's a peace of mind having the FixMeStick to run monthly to know my computer is clean and the support is there when I have a problem. Much cheaper than bringing in an outside person. I'd recommend to anybody, especially a small business owner. Thank you FixMeStick!
