When I first put the balm on my shoulders and under my arms I felt a tingling sensation that lasted 5-10 minutes. The tingling was uncomfortable but bearable. I used Aveeno to soothe the tingling and felt better. This occurred for the first 2 weeks I used it. However, there was no tingling when I applied the Balm on the other parts of my body. I noticed a firming of my skin on my stomach and thighs. My arms are not crepey so there was no change there. I am pleased with the results and will continue to use the Balm. Incidentally, the tingling has diminished and only occurs occasionally. I just soothe it with other body lotions with good results.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
